Personal

I've has been a licensed Realtor since 1970. I spent 15 years in Boston's South End, where I owned my own real estate agency, and sold real estate and developed over a dozen properties. I moved to Provincetown in 1990, worked for Roslyn Garfield Associates, and in 1993 established Harborside Realty. In 2012 I merged with William Raveis Real Estate. Since then I've has been actively involved in the sale of land, homes, condominiums, guest houses and multi-family properties in Provincetown. These years in the business have given Len a long perspective and fairly comprehensive knowledge of Provincetown’s housing stock. I enjoy swimming and cycling, reading, classical music (especially opera), blues and cabaret. Over my years in Provincetown I've served on the Finance Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House; on the Provincetown Cultural Council; on the Board of the Provincetown Heritage Museum; and on the Provincetown Planning Board. For many enjoyable years I was a classical music DJ at WOMR, the local community radio station, and also produced a 13-part series of radio interviews on gay & lesbian writers.
